Brandon Little has built 2 houses for us. The first was a rancher based on a plan that Brandon had previously used which we modified. The second was a custom built house that my wife and I designed.  With both houses we were extremely happy with the quality of the construction work and the finished product. At every stage of construction, Brandon did whatever he could to make us part of the building process and guide us through the issues everyone who builds a house will face. We were so impressed by the quality of the rancher that when we found a view lot, we knew we could trust Brandon with our custom project.  The crews who worked on our houses were first rate. The things we put on paper were brought to life by them in a way that often went far beyond what we imagined. We were pleased at how skilled they were at their various trades. The custom house Brandon built for us was spectacular, and we reluctantly sold it to move closer to our family. We still miss it.  We would absolutely recommend Brando Construction to first time or experienced home owners who want a dream home. We know you wont be disappointed.

We built our Comox home with Brando Construction about five years ago and have never regretted it. We were living in Alberta at the time, and it was our first house build, so we were a little nervous about not being here, but Brandon is so well organized in terms of what you have to chose when - he had a spiffy little project management time line sheet for homeowners - that the process was easy. We did run into a problem with flooring (not Brandon's fault) which he caught immediately and had the store's manager and sales person over to the house to see the problem before he called us to tell us that there was a problem. We were in Comox at the time and by the time we got to the house to see the problem, solutions were already in place and all we had to do was choose different flooring! There were a few things that needed attention after we moved in (there is always something) which was quickly solved with one phone call to Brandon who had the trades person over within 24 hours to fix the problem. Friends, relatives and neighbours who had build houses were astounded at the ease in which we built our wonderful house. If we build again on Vancouver Island, it will be with Brando Construction - even if we have to fly or sail them to the building site!
